Erin Oliver

Director of Distribution Support Services

In August of 2010, Erin began her career with Courier Express in the national customer service department and was later promoted to manager. Today she serves as director of distribution support services and oversees the responsibilities related to national customer service, as well as, the distribution support center. She has been an instrumental part of enhancing the customer experience through her work in developing customer service and claims processes as it pertains to the distribution network at Courier Express.

Erin earned a B.S. in business administration from Miami University Oxford Ohio. She is happily married and the proud mother of three sons. Outside the office, Erin enjoys spending time with her family and is an avid tennis player who also enjoys playing golf.
